Refund policy
This Return and Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all purchases made on MyWatch.ge (hereinafter referred to as the "Site", "we"). Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction; however, certain conditions apply to product returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. General Return Conditions
You may return a product purchased on the Site (watches, wristwatches, wall clocks, table clocks) within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the following conditions are fully met:

The returned product must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, and must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

The product must not be worn, scuffed, scratched, or otherwise damaged.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt).

If you wish to return a product, you must contact us in advance by email (casiogeorgia@gmail.com) or phone to receive return authorization and instructions.
2. Return Eligibility (What Products Are Not Returnable)
MyWatch.ge reserves the right to refuse returns in the following cases:

The product does not meet the requirements described in Section 1 of the Policy (not in original condition, worn, damaged, etc.).

The return period (7 calendar days) has expired.

The product was damaged due to improper use, care, or storage by the customer.

The product was purchased as part of a special discount or "Final Sale," which was indicated beforehand.

Individual orders or personalized products are not subject to return unless they have a manufacturing defect.

The reason for return is not justifiable: A product will not be returned solely because the customer simply changed their mind about the purchase, no longer wants the item, or did not like the color/design, if the product is not defective or damaged.
3. Return Process

Contact Us: If you wish to return a product, email us at casiogeorgia@gmail.com or call us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and a description of the product.

Authorization: After receiving the RMA number, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Shipping: The product must be securely shipped in its original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase, to the address provided by us. It is recommended to use a shipping service that provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
4. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you of the return status. If the product meets all the requirements listed above, the refund will be issued using the payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the product. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective from the factory or incorrectly shipped by us.
5. Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product for another, please follow the return process (Section 3 of the Policy) and place a new order for the desired product. In the case of an exchange, you will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the new product, unless the reason for the exchange is our error or a product defect.
6. Damaged or Defective Product
If you received a damaged product or one with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 2 (two) business days of purchase.

Provide photos/videos of the product clearly showing the damage or defect, as well as your order number.

We will review your request and, at our discretion, offer a replacement product or a full refund. In this case, MyWatch.ge will cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange.
7. Shipping Fees for Returns/Exchanges
If the reason for the product return or exchange is not MyWatch.ge's error (e.g., wrong product, manufacturing defect), the customer pays the shipping fee. This includes both the cost of returning the product to us and the cost of shipping a new product in case of an exchange.
If the return or exchange is due to MyWatch.ge's error or a manufacturing defect, MyWatch.ge will fully cover the shipping fees.
8. Exceptions
MyWatch.ge does not refund or exchange products if they were damaged during transit due to the fault of the carrier chosen by the customer. In such cases, the customer must contact the relevant carrier company.
Products purchased during special promotions or given as gifts may have different return policies, which will be indicated in advance.
