These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern your use of the MyWatch.ge website and its services, features, content, and products (watches, wristwatches, wall clocks, table clocks). 4. Product Descriptions and Prices

  • Description: MyWatch.ge strives to ensure that product descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

  • Prices: All prices are indicated in Georgian Lari (GEL) and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Once your order is placed, the product price remains unchanged.

5. Order Placement and Confirmation

  • Order: Placing an order on the Site constitutes your offer to purchase a product in accordance with these Terms.

  • Confirmation: Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email notification with order details. This notification does not signify final order confirmation or acceptance by MyWatch.ge. The contract between you and MyWatch.ge is deemed concluded only when we send you confirmation that the product has been shipped.

  • Order Cancellation by MyWatch.ge: We reserve the right, at any time and at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel an order for certain reasons, including: lack of product availability, errors in pricing or product description, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or if you violate these Terms.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery Policy: Product delivery is carried out in accordance with MyWatch.ge's Delivery Policy, which is posted on the Site.

  • Transfer of Risk: Responsibility for the product transfers to you at the time of delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Product returns and refunds are governed by MyWatch.ge's Return and Refund Policy, which is separately posted on the Site.

  • Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, disagreement, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or any Services shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations are unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Tbilisi, Georgia.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time at our discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for changes. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of changes signifies your acceptance of those changes.
