Welcome to MyWatch.ge! This Delivery Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") describes the rules and conditions for the delivery of products (watches, wristwatches, wall clocks, table clocks) purchased on the MyWatch.ge website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site", "we"). Please read this Policy carefully to understand our delivery processes.

1. Delivery Territory

  • MyWatch.ge delivers products throughout the entire territory of Georgia.
  • Currently, international delivery is not available.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from order confirmation and successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends and official holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During periods of high order volume or special promotions, processing time may increase, about which you will be notified in advance.

3. Delivery Methods and Timeframes

Delivery takes place every day, including non-working days and holidays.

Delivery timeframes:

  • Tbilisi: On the second calendar day from order pickup.

  • Regions: Within 2-3 calendar days.

  • Orders registered before 15:00 will be picked up on the same day.

We use reliable courier services for the delivery of your orders. Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Within Tbilisi: Delivery is carried out on the second calendar day from order pickup. Delivery time from order placement may increase by +1 calendar day.

  • In the regions (throughout Georgia): Delivery is carried out within 2-3 calendar days from order pickup. Delivery time from order placement may increase up to 5 calendar days.

Please note that these timeframes are approximate and may change due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, courier service delays, public holidays).

4. Delivery Fee

  • The delivery fee is determined at the time of order placement, based on your location and the product's weight/size.
  • Free delivery may apply as part of specific promotions, which will be indicated on the Site in advance.

5. Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link, through which you can monitor the status of your parcel.

6. Delivery Issues

If the parcel cannot be delivered to the customer on the first attempt, the courier will make a second visit the next day. If the parcel still cannot be delivered, the sender has the option to redirect the parcel to one of the pickup points or choose the return service.

  • Undeliverable Parcel: If you have not received your order within the given timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will help resolve the issue with the courier service.

  • Damaged Product: If you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately (no later than 24 hours after receipt) by email (casiogeorgia@gmail.com) and provide photos of the product damage. We will review your request and act accordingly.

  • Incorrect Address Provided by Customer: If delivery could not be made due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, MyWatch.ge is not responsible for additional delivery costs. In such a case, the product will be resent after payment of an additional fee.
